These terms and conditions relate to the "Slumberdown Spring Bedding Bundle" giveaway promoted by Slumberdown, part of John Cotton Group. The giveaway consists of two separate prize draws, one for entrants via paid social media advertising and one for entrants via an organic Instagram post, each with its own promotional period.

1. The Promoter The promoter is: John Cotton Group Ltd, whose registered office is at No 1 Park Row, Leeds, LS1 5AB.

2. Eligibility This free prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of John Cotton Group Ltd, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

3. How to Enter Entry is free of charge. A limit of one entry per person per entry method applies. There are two separate methods of entry, creating two distinct prize draws:

• Method 1: Paid Social Media Advertisement (Email Sign-up) To enter this prize draw, participants must complete and submit the official Instant Form with their full name and a valid email address via the Slumberdown giveaway advertisement on Meta platforms (Facebook and/or Instagram). This prize draw is open for entries from 00:01 GMT on 21st April 2026 until 23:59 GMT on 28th April 2026.
• Method 2: Organic Instagram Post To enter this prize draw, participants must follow the instructions on the specified giveaway post on the @slumberdownuk Instagram profile. This includes: a. Following the @slumberdownuk Instagram account. b. Liking the specified giveaway post. c. Commenting with a 🌷 emoji on the specified giveaway post AND the two (2) most recent grid posts published on the @slumberdownuk profile prior to the giveaway post. This prize draw is open for entries from the time the post is published on 22nd April 2026 until 23:59 GMT on 29th April 2026.

Entries received outside of these specified times for each method will not be valid.

4. The Prizes There are two (2) prizes to be won in total.

• One (1) winner will be selected from the "Method 1" entry pool.
• One (1) winner will be selected from the "Method 2" entry pool.

Each winner will receive one (1) Slumberdown Spring Bedding Bundle, which includes:

• One (1) Extra Deep 10cm Mattress Topper
• One (1) Waterproof Protect Mattress Protector
• Two (2) Waterproof Protect Pillow Protectors
• One (1) Anti-Allergy Duvet
• Two (2) Anti-Allergy Pillows

The size of the items (e.g., Double, King) can be chosen by the winner from the available options. The prize is as stated and is non-transferable. No cash or other alternative will be offered.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received for each respective prize draw.
• The draws will take place within seven (7) working days of the end of each respective promotional period.
• The winner from Method 1 (Email Sign-up) will be notified via the email address provided upon entry.
• The winner from Method 2 (Organic Instagram) will be notified via an Instagram Direct Message to the account used for entry.
• Winners will have fourteen (14) days from the date of the notification to claim their prize by providing their delivery details. If a winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the same entry pool.

6. Publicity The Promoter may be required to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winners to anyone who emails sleep@slumberdown.co.uk within one month after the closing date of the promotion.

If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at sleep@slumberdown.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

The winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity related to the giveaway, which may include the use of their name and image in a social media post announcing the winner.

7. General

• The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entrant who is in breach of these terms and conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered by the prize winner as a result of accepting the prize.
• By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
• This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
